I've only had my truck 11 days, but have no complaints so far. The interior plastic was an original concern I had before I got it, from what others had said, but I have been happy with what I found. Everything has worked as designed. No rattles, no electronic glitches, just a great little truck...
I hope this forum can figure something out, and in a hurry, cuz I'll pull my truck out of the snow bank by the windshield wiper blades if I have to!
Don't think I won't!
;)
I wonder if a 2023 Ford Escape PHEV could be fitted with a trailer hitch, even if with a low tow rating? If so, a person could always pick up a light utility trailer from Northern Tool, or the likes and use that for the occasional trip to Lowes or to haul leaves to the dump.
Atleast you'd still...
Yeah, my theory certainly doesn't seem to be holding up to well, does it?
Good luck, hopefully something gives and they get these trucks loaded and moving on the trains.:)
Back in about 2005 I had a low mile, rust free 1975 Chrysler Cordoba with a big block 400 that I was pretty proud of and I would put in car shows. Well, I put it in a car show in Menahga Mn. and was sitting in a lawn chair next to it when 3 younger girls (late teens or early 20's) came walking...
I will be curious on how it works if you do get it. I have Aladdin Connect phone app that isn't directly supported by Android Auto, but I think there's a work around using voice commands that might work.
I really wish the app icon would appear on the Android Auto screen and I could just select...
I had my dealer and Ford Chat both tell me my truck was built long before the Ford tracker said it was built. Like a couple weeks before.
I assumed it may be that when the "modules pop" the truck is considerd "built", but not finished to someones particular order specs. I.e., the bed liner, bed...
My Ford dealership had very decent prices on select brand tires. Toyo's were one of them. I bought four Toyo Open Country A/T III for $1208 total. Installed, balanced, taxes, everything.
A discount tire dealer in our area has them for $1367.30 total.
So, I saved over $150 by going thru the...
Those were the hybrids with dead batteries left there from the night before. 😎
Oh, oh, oh........no I just didn't.:sneaky:
Yes..............yes I did.:ROFLMAO:
My wifes Jeep Sirius subscription expires Jan 1st. I wanted to get that pricing extended for her again and figured since my Maverick plan would run our mid March I'd see if I could get the same plan for that too, for once it expired.
Using the chat feature on their website, it went smoothly...
GPSMan, when you do get them in could you please take a picture of one of them installed?
Even if they aren't the "Ford Recommended" attachment, they very well could be better than anything else I could come up with on the spot when I'm stuck sidways in the snow in the alley in a snowstorm...
Mine sat in the rail yard almost as long as it was on the train. About 2 weeks. Not sure who decides when it'll be picked up by the truck.
Atleast you can see light at the end of the tunnel now. Good luck. :)
I ran it out the space between the fender and the headlight. There's a big enough space that the wires aren't pinched. I leave it hang out a couple inches, like it is, all the time.
