I got an email into the dealership when I saw the post. My CSR hasn't seen the offer yet but said she would get back to me shortly.

luckily I have my signed DORA showing the FWD order and emails stating that I was changing it because of the notice from Ford. Dealership has been wonderful to work with so far, I'm sure they will take care of me. Seriously, Courtesy Ford in Portland has been great to work with.

Cool. I had originally placed an order with that configuration but had them change it the day we heard it was going to needed to be AWD. Hoping they honor this offer since I changed my order before the offer came out.

I was offered $6k more for my 2017 Mustang at the Ford dealership here in town over CarMax. They hadn't had a used one in months and got more than I paid for it due to the used car market. Now the wife and I are sharing her Kia until the Maverick arrives in December.

I just went to the build and price on the Ford site and punched in the options they have and came up with this. I think the difference is the upgrade to AWD.

Courtesy Ford has a Maverick listed on their site. Not terribly interesting but you can see what kind of markup we can expect on non-retail units. edit: the dealership has removed the markup from their site.

I ordered mine through Tyler at Courtesy Ford off 122nd in Portland. Been a very smooth transaction so far. Order placed mid-July. Paid refundable $500 deposit. Word is that someone got a production date who ordered right before me. Keeping my fingers crossed for next weeks chance.

Just talked with my dealer here in Portland and had to change my FWD to 4WD to keep 4K Tow. He seemed to be unaware of this issue until I asked him about it, but news of it had made its way to another manager and they were able to confirm.
