Overall these are geared towards different buyers I think. As someone on the thread mentioned Ford leaned into the truck heritage aspect but Hyundai was very careful not to call it a 'truck' and not make it 'truck like' because they knew they would get a lot of the typical backlash of 'that's...
So a true (same size as on the truck) full size spare will fit under the truck fine with no issues?
I had to buy a new tire so I know it's going to outlast the other 3 by a lot so I have been thinking that when it was time to replace the 3 I would take the newer one and get a wheel so it could...
Before I had my Maverick I made a comment to a couple of Maverick owners, but since I got mine (December 2023) I have only had 2 comments about mine.... oddly enough they were from the same guy. He evidently forgot that he had talked to me before. He is a pizza delivery guy in town that also has...
I test drove an EB and really liked it... like you said it was kind of fun, but knew I would regret not having the higher MPG long term. I'm not an aggressive driver so I would have rarely seen the fun of the EB.
Price actually changed since I posted.... it was listed for $24,xxx and sticker is $30K not including 'dealer accessories'. Am I missing what accessories are installed somewhere?
Yeah... I knew this was going to eventually be the case when I paid $1K over MSRP but it was either get what I wanted, spend more than that to repair my 10 year old with 213K miles (first repair other than minor things like bulbs, battery), or get a place holder for a year or two until this...
$6K off (not normal example) for a 24 Hybrid within a couple of hours of me.

Some out there are getting some good deals.
fuley app is nice as well. Just have to take a couple of minutes at each fill up to put the information in. I am not keeping track as consistently as at first but would say my overall average would probably be 39
I don't understand this. In my area I see around 2K off. If I was to go to the next major city a couple hours away I see $4K off and thats even hybrids....
The house I grew up in we parked a suburban and a full size truck (regular cab short bed) in the garage but now my Maverick stays outside but when I do bring it in the garage it fits barely.
I felt more comfortable in the back seat of the Maverick than anything midsize other than the new Ranger. Of course everyone has their driving positions, I have found in the maverick I tend to have my seat a little more forward than others in the past I have owned... not sure why but I find it...
Congrats and nice truck. I like the Frontier and especially the updated 25. I always hear people looking down on Nissan, but the most reliable car I have ever had was a 2014 Nissan Rogue with 213K miles when it had it's first problem. Catalytic converter needed replaced.
I looked at the...
Yeah that route is a lot of a 3-5 mile stretches of 40-50MPH and then a light. It takes me about 50 minutes to get home that way vs 35 minutes the highway (which is a toll road) but sometimes it's backed up, or sometimes I just want to save $2.50 on tolls and not in any hurry.
There is a route that I can take on the way home and I get killer MPG (trip) but that route takes me about 15-20 minutes longer to get home. I would love to be able to do a full week of that and see what it hand calculates to but I don't have the extra patience to do it all week.
Usually when...
Thanks for the side by side.... when I was looking I knew velocity blue was a little to 'bright' for me, but didn't realize that I liked atlas blue that much until recently seeing them side by side
I really like their stuff and like that they do these kind of tests.
I am surprised at their results, but as others have mentioned it is very cold there and mine typically gets worse results in the cold. I noticed at one point it showed they were going 55mph. Not sure why they showed that, but...
