I did not think the stock batteries in these trucks were AGM batteries. That is what everyone with these issues seem to change them out from the stock batteries. My understanding is forscan is set from the factory to only let these batteries charge to 80% capacity. Many folks have changed that...
I put my 23 hybrid on recirculate and ac and adjust the fan as needed. I also set my temp on LO. When I turn off my truck and come back to it, those setting repopulate with recirc and ac buttons on

Note that if you have a hybrid, HUD's that plug into OBDII connector will not work. I bought a cheap one and hid the wire to the power source (in this case cigarette socket. VERY easy to hide wires to get to middle console. Here is what I bought just for speed. Works great...
