Zero issues with my 230 day old hybrid with 10,000 miles and I couldn't be happier.
Maintenance has been a 5000 mile tire rotation, 10,000 mile check up at 9150 miles, oil change( 22% remaining) & 2nd tire rotation. 3 software update recalls done (even though they were for issues I didn't...
Yes,
The best thing is that I've cut my monthly fuel cost in half, the savings ultimately cuts my monthly car payment in half...WIN/WIN. With just over 5100 miles, I've been fortunate to not have had any of the many issues others have posted. Only completed one mod that's hardwired into the...
I read a post calling the Mav a "bloated pig" and found many others had called it the same...so my newest addition makes my Mav officially a bloated piggy"
I feel I've been fortunate that I haven't had any issues since receiving my truck. That being said, does the Ford Pass app alert you about these TSB's like it would any recall or is it up to me to verify?
That's the one I have as well. The fit and finish is great, fairly good seal with slight water intrusion that I can live with. Very happy with my purchase.
Sorry, I didn't see your question until just now. The adjustment I had to make was on the letter "A". The outside legs were slightly wide. I trimmed about 1/16" at the top to 1/8" at the bottom of each leg. Like I posted, I printed out the letters on thick card stock first to ensure fitment &...
I'll ditto you last comment. Living in SoCal our gas is stupid high for "clean air" blends, what that means I have no idea. Anyway, with my hybrid, I've cut my monthly fuel cost in half over my previous '13 Equinox. I accomplished what I wanted but I also wonder why FHEV's like our Mavericks...
Just completed the update, 15 minutes to download and install. Left the truck for about 15 more minutes & like others, did the on/off cycle twice. Received the audible success message & verified the 2.2.0.1 version. Wasn't having any issues & who knows what if any improvements I'll see but I...
These shared solutions are what I've come to appreciate most about the forum. I have an impact bedrug with a gap filler, but I will be adding something similar to mine.
I've had my OW Hybrid XLT for just over a month & I don't regret waiting 2 weeks shy of a year for it.
Current completed mods at a total cost of $463
Bedrug Impact bed mat, Max Mate soft roll-up tonneau, Rough Country tailgate assist(wife wanted this one), glass screen protector, center console...
Thanks for sharing the file. I followed your instructions, cut out of card stock to verify the fit and it's almost perfect. A slight adjustment to the "A" legs fixed it. Now I can add any color I want, whenever I want.
@CalCWORet I used to work at LAX, not far from the South Bay, I sure wish I had my hybrid then, 36 mile one way commute. Now I only drive 9 miles one way, I'm loving my Mav and the shorter commute. I've seen the red, orange, greys, blue & a few white fleet Mavericks driving around.
