I did the same thing. a gap there makes cleaning effortless with a hose or blower, it's even self cleaning.

yeah that's about it. HGR makes 3 Ford nose guards BS base BSBL 2.0 Mav I don't see a lot of difference between the Badlands and the Tremor nose so maybe a HGR Tremor piece is in the works. HGR does make a Mav under body skid plate but think it's only for the EVAP side at this point.

what kind of air pressure were you running? takes a pretty good hit to reach the bead where that tire is damaged. likely not a side hit without damaging the wheel but I wouldn't rule out dimensional damage. I'd put a dial indicator on it to be sure. a little side to side wobble wouldn't...

just a fyi, they don't use air tools on critical fasteners in auto assembly and haven't for decades, even in Mexico. lug nuts only one of many many critical fasteners. computer controlled electric tools are the standard. no noise, no air tool oil in the air and every aspect of the fastening...

my mechanic uses those torque sticks for tightening only, swears by them. generally to a lesser value than recommended torque then finishes with a torque wrench.

Yeah, when I read the recommended lug nut torque I loaded my never needed or used 24" Dewalt bar and a deep impact socket under the rear seat. It doubles as a PDW.

have you considered a used Lightning? a quick search shows a few in the low $40s
