  7. OE FX4 Tire as a Spare

    There is a very long thread on this issue. As I recall, if you have the tow package, a matching tire will not fit in the same spot the "donut/full-size" go in. If you don't have the tow package, then a larger tire may fit.

    The bad news is I am on that list ;) With the notification letters going out on Mar 27, hopefully I can take it in for the fix when I get back from closing out the ski season in Telluride on Apr 2 :)

    I've never received a warning from my TPMS on any vehicle that my tires had "too much" air in them ;) I don't think that was his problem.

    You’ve wasted a lot of money, and now you’re screwed. Mine says at the rate I’m driving, I need to change the oil in Jan 2024. I’ll probably not wait that long, but I sure as hell won’t change it 4 times before 15K miles. But you do what the aliens tell you 😎
