Yeah no prob. I put them on after work today. Hard to get a good Pic, but I have a good 1.5" clearance between frame and arm.
Most importantly it looks SOOO much better, I had almost 3° camber in the rear. "Stanced out" maverick did not look good LOL. Got it sitting at 1° now
Yeah, the toe arms are for AWD. And I'm not sure why they would be needed, I've got my silvers pretty much maxed out low in the rear and still have some toe adjustment left.
I guess you could use factory toe adjust to correct camber some and then use those adjustable arms to set toe.
Dang that sucks. Yeah I've got 2 that overhang my driveway, mine are definitely dropping this year. Fortunately I can park in the garage.
I used to let them hit my Tacoma, never saw any damage, but the Maverick I am worried abt LOL
Manual says when heated mirrors are turned on, the heated wiper park also turns on. Not been cold here to turn any of those on, so no idea what the wiper thing does
How i did my rears, After you set ride height via the adjustable spring perch, you jack it up so suspension is hanging and screw the shock into the upper tube to preload spring.
Silvers yt video said compress it 1/4 inch. Did mine that much and rode kinda harsh, lessened to more like 1/8" and...
Mines the same too, could only get rear 3/4" lower than the eibach springs I had on before. Im out of adjustment and preload in the rear, plenty in the front though. Are you AWD? I figured that was the difference on mine.
I did go back after I adjusted them and Loosen every rear suspension...
Great idea. Yeah, having a car seat in the back makes it a real PITA to utilize the storage under there.
My bins just have some random lost goldfish hanging out in them 🤪
Lol, not sure what ford engineer came up with that 4 way headrest, full back is somewhat normal, the 3 positions forward are ridiculous. I guess if you drive full reclined ghetto style you need those forward positions? 🤷
I knew a guy that was killed in his driveway when he stepped out of his chevy dually, didn't get it in park, rolled back, knocked him down and the truck ran over him.
This feature will prob save some lives, but I sure as shit wouldn't rely on it purposely
