There was a guy selling them with the cutout done for around the hitch, itās the piece in the bumper cover if one doesnāt have a hitch, I got mine from dealership and cut it out myself after seeing it done on the forum here
I slid under and did some measuring and it seems both the filter and drain plug are in the same place as the ecoboost. Needed to cover up the large hole in the shield and then cut the access panels. I didnāt cut the shield pieces out completely, left part there and creased it to make ādoorsā
I just got a FITS kit with some crossbars I bought from a member, and not really sure the quality is any better than the 3d printed options out there folks are putting out
Had planned to cut access panels on shield under engine for oil changes. Wondering if filter and drain plug are in same location on both engines? I Have template for hole locations on the ecoboost motor?
Now Iām spooked to start cutting not knowing where the openings need to be on ecoboost vs hybrid ā¹ gonna check the thingyverse file for the access panels to see
I have that saved, lol. But my shield looks different? Has a large square hole cut already? I have two thumb turn cam locks Iām hoping will work
And I have hybrid. Cam locks wonāt be here till Tuesday, I measured oil filter location, and it looks same as pic from thingyverse. My panel missing...
I just got back from oil change and left the engine shield off. Planning to cut out access to filter and drain plug areas, fold down the cut parts and use some catches to have panels for oil changes. Hoping this works
I had the 23E07 done at the end of September, along with 23E09. both were software updates. I'm still waiting on remedy for the one recall:

Only dumb question is the one that you don't ask...........my understanding is the Mcgard tailgate "lock" is an accessory or add on that can be purchased. (I bought one after getting my truck, just not from the dealership) In order to install it, the Ford OEM tailgate "hook" (that's what I call...
if it's me, I'd take the stuff to the parts department and return all of it, or at least the window deflectors (the in-channel aftermarket ones look better i.m.o.)
