  1. Subwoofer install using rear speaker wires, no cutting or speaker panel removal

Oh. I forgot to mention that after purchasing the Ground Shaker 8" sub enclosure driver side, I had to slightly enlarge the speaker opening. I taped off the front panel, traced out the pattern and used the old jig saw.

  3. Powering all my 12v Lighting Mods - Wired to Ceiling Mounted Switch Panel

You gotta love the push to trip inline fuse. I use that for my amp 👍. Nice job and can't wait to see your 10" sub
  4. Ford Pass saves the day. Received an alert for low pressure, found this jerk sitting in my tire 👍

Agreed, it made it very simple to locate the problem and correct it
  5. Maverick May 2024 Sales & Production: 13,616 Sold / 17,468 Produced

I still can't wrap my head around these numbers: 13,616 Mavericks at $25k average per sale (just a guesstimate, maybe closer to 30k) would gross $340 Million. And that's just one vehicle in their lineup 😳
  6. First time towing with Maverick Hybrid and really impressed (towed UHaul 5x8 trailer)

Yes. The trailer plug went right into the Maverick socket and it detects the trailer right away. The UHaul rep stayed with me and we verified the brake light, turn signal and hazard lights all functioned. To be honest the entire experience was great, but I didn't realize the bridge toll from NJ...
  7. First time towing with Maverick Hybrid and really impressed (towed UHaul 5x8 trailer)

I purchased the 2" ball receiver from UHaul for $30 and the trailer rental was $19 for 24 hours. Also paid the $8 for insurance for the trailer (didn't want to take a chance destroying the thing). I also did not exceed 55 mph. Hope this helps 👍
  8. Can a Ford Protect Extended Warranty Help You Beat Inflation?

I purchased mine thru Granger after the sale (the dealer sold me a 3rd party warranty). Cancelled as soon as I realized this, purchased thru Granger and saved $700. I guess shame on me for being so excited about buying Mavvy I didn't read everything I was signing
  9. First time towing with Maverick Hybrid and really impressed (towed UHaul 5x8 trailer)

Howly cow 😳 I really need to research stuff before jumping in with both feet. I have what's called Impulsionitousness. Thanks for that info 👍
  10. First time towing with Maverick Hybrid and really impressed (towed UHaul 5x8 trailer)

It couldn't have been too much, maybe 300 lbs. Enough to fill an entire dorm room, but the trailer was packed
  11. First time towing with Maverick Hybrid and really impressed (towed UHaul 5x8 trailer)

I average 40 Mpg and wasn't sure what the UHaul 5x8 trailer would do to the Mavvy but she handled it. In the end, 31 Mpg unloaded on the way to Philly and 29 Mpg loaded up back to Jersey. Really impressed. And yes, the subwoofer is still rockin' the T shirt
  12. Subwoofer install using rear speaker wires, no cutting or speaker panel removal

Left the factory speakers alone, I just wasn't happy with the lack of bass. Sadly, I didn't take any pictures of the box while building it but the dimensions are as follows: height is 9 inches, plenty of room for the sub to travel and not hit the seat. It's 12 inches in length (if measuring from...
  13. Subwoofer install using rear speaker wires, no cutting or speaker panel removal

The 20-22 gauge work perfectly, it's a small wire size
  14. Subwoofer install using rear speaker wires, no cutting or speaker panel removal

Williston Audio Labs has the amp sending 390 watts at 1 Ohm and that's the set up I'm doing. Dual voice coil 2 Ohm wired to 1 Ohm and I've run the amp for over an hour, it never rose above 100° F. I'm very impressed with this little guy. I'm also very happy with the CT sounds sub, for an 8 inch...
