Finally got my build date email this morning, although I sort of feel bad because I only ordered 1/17. Hot Pepper Red Lariat, Ecoboost, Fx4, 4K tow, spray in bed liner, CP360. I’m thinking 2” lift, 245/75’s, and a few miscellaneous goodies like the stubby antenna to start off with. :)

I think that’d be sweet, maybe later this year so more people who want to come can make it. That part of South Dakota Crazy-Horse/ Mount Rushmore, and the black hills is awesome.

Anybody try the HRG engineering 1.5' lift kit? I'm currently trying to compare Rough Country, Ford Ranger Lifts, and now this. It looks like it has some new sway bars, which may help to keep the factory geometry. HRG engineering Maverick 2 inch lift

Badass build! I think this has been one of the first over landing posts I’ve seen, I’ll definitely keep this for inspiration when I get my Mav.

I’m coming from a Mazda6. It’s a good time to sell and I’m happy to be getting a vehicle that can tow, and has awd for the snow. From my test drive the driving dynamics were pretty similar, but we’ll see how it feels when I add a lift and some bigger tires!

I’ve been trying to decide if I want the Ford Ranger lifts kit, or the Rough country lift. Is there any major difference between the two? My understanding is they’re both spacer lifts, but I can’t seem to understand why anybody would pay $300 more for essentially the same thing. Also, love the...

Awesome build! Did you lift the truck yourself or get a shop or dealer to do it? If so how much was it?
