I did, for a long time, maybe six weeks. Never heard from Ford except for order confirmation a long time ago. Then I emailed my dealership yesterday and he said my build date is 9/14! I checked the Ford site and it finally says In Production. I ordered June 9.

I was able to order on June 9 from Marin Ford. I do not think there was any markup that I can tell. They required a $500 deposit which is refundable I believe. When you say CD I'm guessing you don't mean a CD player so what are you referring to?
