Yes, off road...I think as a on road highway commuter it should work fine. Anything more difficult than a Walmart parking lot with a few inches of snow should be avoided. On the bright side, it should ride nice

The rust belt, you have a great workforce. I live in CO and much of our manufacturing is moving your way. CO is the new CA....tough to watch. We in CO have a labor shortage, but that because our workforce would rather sit around to gain a check than put forth some effort.
