Don’t worry about the priority code. Mine was an 80 and my truck is scheduled to build first week of Oct.

I was a little worried that the Maverick would be a little too small. From this comparison I think it will be perfect for me.

I love a trifold cover. Had one on my Ranger. You can fold it back or take it completely off in about a minute. I will get one for my Maverick.

If you have your VIN, you can add your Maverick to your Ford Pass account and you can download your owners manual there. you can see the supplemental manuals too. It is pretty comprehensive.

I sold my Ranger, thought I would buy a beater and drive it until my Maverick got built. Problem is with this crazy market people want $5k for a beater with 200k mikes on it. So I am just driving my old 94 mustang GT until my truck gets built.

My Ranger has the 2.3L turbo and is a heavier truck. It will leave most other V6 mid size trucks for dead from a stop light. I expect a little drop off in acceleration, but I think it will still be a quick truck.

I was a huge fan of the old Rangers. I loved the size and practicality. I bought a 2019 Ranger when they came out and it is a good truck, but it is bigger than I really wantEd so I jumped at this new Maverick because of the size and hopefully the ride quality improvements due To being a unibody.

For me the question isn’t whether the hybrid engine is reliable, it‘s ”is the CVT tranny reliable”? CVT’s are known for annoying rpm holding and poor reliability. This is why I took the 2.0. Not the engine itself but the regular automatic transmission it’s mated to.
