Glad everyone was ok and sorry to hear about it. I'm really starting to see a trend where light impacts on these Ford Mavericks are resulting in totaled vehicles. That combined with reports of excessive rock chips in a short period of time, windshield noise issues, interior plastic easily...
Another lightweight tire option if you wanted to slightly increase size is the Firestone Destination AT2 in P235/65R17. Tirerack says it weights 28 lbs.
The Smarliners are excellent! We have had them in our 2020 Escape (front, rear and cargo) for almost three years now and they have been as good as, if not better than, the Weathertech mats in my Superduty. I will be getting them for my Maverick.
So, I just hopped in our 2020 Escape with similar instrument cluster/info screen and the seatbelt notification DOES NOT come on when you start up and drive, even if you didn't put your seatbelt on. Maybe a Forscan change could get rid of it?

I believe I saw a YouTube video or two where people were talking about this. I agree that it is pretty annoying to have to click OK and acknowledge this everytime you set off in your Maverick. We have a 2020 Escape with a similar instrument cluster/info screen and I don't recall this being the...
Funny thing, how I stumbled on to this price increase. This morning, I was considering upgrading my XL order to an XLT FX4 order with the same options. After the numbers not coming up like I thought they should, I rebuilt my original order and noticed the price increases. Then found this...
If you can go by this sample size, it appears that one thing is for sure. They scheduled a lot of money makers this round, ie. Lariats, Lariats with Lux, XLT with Lux, BAP, CP360 Assist. I'm sure there are some lesser trim/packaged in there, but it does seem the majority were loaded up. At...
I do agree with you not wanting to take the deal if you are deadset on a hybrid. Though, if you did buy this EB, it could be beneficial to you. If you are going to end up getting a "temporary" vehicle to hold you over, then buying this EB would allow you to drive "a Maverick" for an extended...
