When I swapped the OEM 17s for 19s on my escape they re used the OEM sensors and they work fine.

TPMS can be programmed. Or you can swap the original TPMS sensors into those. Ive seen a maverick with 19" OEM 2013-2016 Escape wheels on it so the focus wheels should fit fine I'm not familiar with the backspacing on the maverick vs focus/escape.
