I could, but I am anal. If i am ordering a vehicle, I want it exactly how I envision it, directly from the factory. It sounds dumb, but I'd actually rather take delivery of a new vehicle in April/ May than November/ December here in the NE. Let the current Toyota take another winter salt hit...
I have a 2019 Tacoma, daily driving is horrible after 2.5 years. Its MPG is 18-19 MPG and around 17 MPG (or less) (non-mountainous terrain) if you are actually trying to keep up with the flow of traffic. Certain bursts of town driving can achieve 21 MPG for the trip, but not the overall tank...
Wanna bet? You'd be surprised to learn the average test speed is around 48 MPH for the Highway portion of the test. There are burst speeds up to 80 MPH.

The block casting on the 2.3 EB is reinforced in certain areas. I came across a comparison awhile back. Otherwise, yes, generally a stroked out 2.0 EB.
Either way I’m interested in the 2.0EB AWD Maverick. I’d run a basic, mild tune on it, like 275HP/300TQ. I’d ideally try to keep the TQ...
Hmm, I assumed the Soft Folding tonneau covver would be soft tri-fold style. Maybe that's what that one will be, just doesn't have the structure installed? If so, I would have thought they would have called it "Soft Rollup"
I'd like to get clarification on that.
I spoke to Ford about this when I visited regarding Maverick ordering process. I currently lease my 2019 Tacoma and is through CULA which is serviced by my local Credit Union. I told him my lease was due 10/2021 and indicated CULA has been extending leases for upwards of around 6 months due to...
Looks great! Iconic Silver was on my short list. I much prefer photos like this than press photos in the studio setting. Sometimes they try too hard and the angles slightly distort the styling and similar with studio lighting. This outdoor photo reads well.
I’m looking at between $0.60 to $0.90/ gal more for Premium than Regular in NY. I’d probably run Premium because I’m used to it anyway as my 2007 Honda Civic Si sedan requires Premium and I’ve been doing that for 14+ years so far.
Looks like Ford updated their configurator. They originally had Area 51 showing as a dark denim blue type, but just got done playing with the configurator again and it has been updated to reflect its lighter color attributes. Not perfect, but better than it was initially.
I hate basic colors, but unfortunately Oxford White, Carbonized Gray and Iconic Silver seem to be the best fit for my Loaded Lariat build. I hate to do the basic white (would would have preferred Star White or Space White), but I do like the pure white with all the black accents. It may scream...
Dang, the molded front and rear mud flaps are late availability? Seriously Ford? Lol. The only thing that is going to hold up my entire, loaded Lariat build. Oh well.
I'm curious on what typically, "late availability" means in regards to time frame? Things are a little different these days...
