FWIW the 2023 Hybrids do not have a resonator behind the axle, zero, zilch, nada. I've been unable to ascertain if they simply found it unneeded, or whether the main muffler just in front of the rear axle was changed as well. And that tie-down(?) bracket behind the left rear wheel is also absent.

Ford limits top speed in most automatic equipped vehicles to approximately 112 mph in the US. You'll need a tuner to adjust the limiter. Personally wouldn't want or need to hit the brakes or swerve to avoid an accident at those speeds anyway.
