Anybody else having trouble accessing Ford Chat? I have gone on their website a few times today and in their "Contact Us" section where it shows Chat, there is no way to access the chat feature. Am I doing it wrong?

My dealer was fortunate to have a hybrid Lariat I was able to test drive and I was hooked, ended up getting a hybrid XLT, I like nice things but couldn’t spend see my self spending another few thousand just for the Lariat trim.
