You could put a tube down the dipstick hole and draw a few ounces out. Much less mess. Harbor freight sells a brake bleeder kit that will do it. Very inexpensive

hit high beams 5 times, step on brake 3 times, battery indicator will flash, done. I have an ecoboost, and had sleep all the time, tried this and totally awake now.

If you have les Schwab, they will fix it for free. And actually patch the tire from the inside. A plug is really a temporary fix. And yes I too have had plugs before that out lasted the tire.

Coincidentally it is turtle wax, ceramic with graphene is the stuff. Get a good carwash soap. Recommend a clay pad or clay cloth, use first.
