There's a sales guy on one of the Canadian Maverick Facebook groups from Markville Ford in Markham claiming their system is allowing them to place orders for 2023's and that Canadian order banks are opening today. They're submitting orders now, and when pricing is released (later today...
When the actual order guide is released, they normally have pictures of each wheel option available (at least the order guides I was looking at from previous year F-150's included those images).
The Maverick comes standard as a hybrid. So according to those images, a base (hybrid) XLT would be $24,455. Also note the additional line below the base trim levels noting destination is an additional $1495
Just spoke (well, chatted) with Ford Canada through their website regarding when we may see 2023 order banks open here. At first the agent told me it was August 13th (obviously incorrect). I asked them to please confirm with a manager or colleague as that date has passed, and I've been trying...
I checked with my dealer on Friday (Sept. 9th) and they said they've heard absolutely nothing from Ford Canada regarding 23' Mavericks. He guessed that order would open in 2-3 weeks (so by early October, which would in theory line up with the October 6th date mentioned above).
Would love to...
At this point I honestly wouldn't even be surprised if the start of MY23 production got pushed into November or December at this rate 😬
(Not saying it WILL, just that it wouldn't surprise me if they did for whatever reason).
Everything I've read over the last couple days has said September 15th now for order banks opening (albeit, I'm assuming these posts were all by Americans). Is there new info out for when specifically the Canadian order banks open?
Not too up to speed on the Ford infotainment system(s) of late, what's the benefit to sync 3 vs the standard system?
My last Ford was an 09 F150 with nothing but a small text display and about 100 various physical buttons 😅.
Ive driven 3 so far. And wasn't necessarily speaking for myself in that post. I placed essentially what is a pre order for a MY23 a few weeks back. So knowing what's gone on with MY22 orders, at this point I'm expecting long waits and varying information. Ik basicslly asking for disappointment...
Was just about to ask that too. There was a post yesterday from someone who said they spoke with Ford (not a dealership) who told them the build & price won't be live until sometime in October.
October for a build & price web page??? If they've already got the order guides out at the beginning of August and taking orders, what's the point on waiting 2-3 months to make the build & price live?
And here I am pissed they took away a red. Hot Pepper Red looks too orange in a lot of lighting for me (after seeing it in person) and I was prepared to place an order for rapid red if they made that available for MY23.
What I really want though is race red. I think the Maverick looks great in...
Anyone know what models/years have offered Avalanche Gray before? I really liked the looks of Cactus Gray until I saw it in person (ended up looking mint green depending on the angle/lighting). Hoping I can find something on a local lot in Avalanche to help me decide.
Literally though. My 2012 journey had push to start and passive entry, same with my almost base model 2017 challenger. When shopping around, it appears to be mainly Ford that limits this feature to "high end" trims. Toyota, Dodge, Hyundai, Chrysler, Jeep etc all have this as either a standard...
Nope 😡. If you go on the Ford.ca site and start build & pricing your own, the lariat trim is limited to only the Ecoboost in Canada.
The states usually has their build & price site up before Canada, so I used that to spec my vehicle initially. Was disappointed when the Canadian one went live...
Where have you seen that there WILL be an AWD hybrid option for the MY23 Maverick? Order guides aren't out yet, and aside from a very crude prototype spied earlier this year, I haven't seen anything evenly remotely official from Ford on the topic...
Test drove an XL Ecoboost at Mohawk Ford on Saturday. Emailed my sales guy yesterday (Monday) with my desired build and he says he's submitting my order to Ford. They've made it clear (and I already knew) that things could change with regards to pricing/options when details on MY23 are released...
