Yes, the safety is another aspect I thought about. My 2023 F-150 is FWD and leveled. Ppl tend to get out the way for full size trucks more than smaller vehicles. I'll probably just need to upgrade my Maverick horn to an airhorn or train horn. lol

My question is.....does the 6 week delay for the 2025s affect when your truck was ordered? Is it 6 weeks from when you get the notification from Ford that your order is being processed or started? This is all new to me.

Well I'm thinking trifold unless I find an affordable retractable one. I don't want a soft top. I'm still trying to learn all the rail types. I see some pics with shorter rails, but would prefer telescope rails. Thanks for the input.

How easy is it for you to reposition the racks along the rails? I'm looking to do this same system with my new 2025 Maverick that's on order. But I'm wanting to either remove the rails or slide them towards the cab when not needed.
