Yes but you'll be in line with everyone else placing orders that day. Staying at your current dealership means you're in line ahead of new orders with all the other rollovers, as far as we know.
That gives you 700 pounds of headroom between the dry weight of the package and the gcwr. Take a hundred pounds for gasoline and truck fluids, 60 for propane, 240 for each trailer water tank you fill, and you don't have much left for passengers and cargo. I'd look for something lighter.
That's true and it's something all automakers, not just Ford, have had big problems with. Imo at this point most everybody has figured out how to deal with it but i get being concerned. That said, it doesn't have anything to do with knock.
Carbon buildup on pistons can increase the effective compression ratio, increasing the propensity to knock and requiring the ECM to pull more timing. But any quality fuel will help dissolve those.
