I don't NEED them, but I already placed them.
First dealer still has not responded, second dealer has extra fees I'm not paying.
My Third reservation will go to Granger, in which I will place my order. They have the best deal, which I didn't find out until I joined this forum, they're also...
Thanks, I thought it would be interesting to see where the conversion of reservations to orders ends up with our members. I know it will be a small sample, but what else are we going to do to pass the time? :ROFLMAO:
In my case, I'll actually be at 3 reservations and just 1 order once I get...
Let Santa Cruz have its 15 minutes of fame.. The Maverick reviews will be coming in the next few weeks. They just started retail production last week right? Give them a few weeks to get those early builds up here and into the hands of the media. Like kingranchero said, "santa who?"
Honestly, I'd love the new Ranger, but the price point is going to take it completely off the table, IMO. I have no need for the additional capability a Ranger would offer. I can get the Maverick loaded up for probably ~$10k less than the comparable new Ranger will be. I think the new look of...
That's what I had heard as well. That's why I was thinking maybe 25,000 translated to actual orders by now. Of course the total ordered has gotta be higher, what if a fleet wants to order 50, they didn't place a reservation I bet, they just ordered them. I think there will be a ton of these...
Exactly, some want to keep arguing but it clearly shows AWD (235/65R17) on the Ford specs, it does NOT say FX4 AWD. If the FX4 were taller or providing the clearance, it would be noted.
The FX4 package itself does NOT come with 235/65R17 tires. Those are optional tires. The FX4 comes with 225/65R17 Pirelli's, thus giving you the same 8.3" of ground clearance as the FWD. I'm glad you can connect two circles with a line though (y)
With the recent announcement that Ford has surpassed 100k reservations for the Maverick, how many orders/reservations have YOU placed? Please share your results, as I'm curious to see the results of our smaller, enthusiast based sample.
Current reservation to order conversion rate as of 400...
Oh yeah, I'm sure there are a ton of orders in total.
I just meant, of the 100k "reservations" how many actually translated to orders? I'd still be only about 25% of them. I've read of quite a few here that placed multiple reservations and only ordered one, some like me have several...
In what world do you live in, I'd love to come visit? Dealerships will never have the Lariat lights siting around. You'll have to order from Ford for ~$800/light and make or purchase an adapter harness. Gonna be a spendy upgrade if you want to source new parts. I'd suggest waiting until you...
What are everyone's guesses on actual orders thus far?
I'd guess ~25,000 of those reservations have converted to actual orders.
I've got two reservations in (first dealer never responded, second is too high with all their fees) and I'll probably put a third in with Granger once I finalize my...

Just think, if @STARCOMMTREY1 is doing all of this with his monster King Ranch F-350, he should easily get 52 MPG @ 90 MPH with a Maverick (y)
That's the beauty of clean CGM and maybe a lil filter on the photo. It has a nice shine and good depth when it's clean. Shouldn't be hard to replicate this look once you take delivery.
First off, that's some good depth for silver, congrats.
Second, where are you finding additional clearcoat on these demo units? I'm not buying that one. At most, this particular one may just have an employee who carrys around a microfiber and some quik detailer. There's not extra clearcoat...
It's certainly worth talking about. The OP wanted to know if a different size all around would cause these issues, we've all clarified they should have no major concern by simply changing all of the tire's sizes at the same time.
The potential for issues will come from running 1 odd size in...
The headlights will be $500-800 each. Since they're fully LED, there's no way to simply replace a "bulb" if your low or high-beam goes out, have to replace entire assembly.
Oh boy, the Maverick will do just fine "off-road" so long as owners have a reasonable expectation. Glad I left that Spacebook group though, doesn't sound like I'm missing much.
