As long as I can play the Sirius XM app through my droid phone on my ordered XLT LUX Pckg Mav, I'll be happy. Have to wait and see . . build date 12/13/21 🤔
Ordered an XLT 2.0 AWD July 15th and last week they gave me a build date of Dec. 6th which got pushed back yesterday to Dec. 13th. So, 5 months from order to build date. If you can get your order in now, you might see a truck for St. Patrick's day.👍
Great idea, but I think I'll get a can of Area51 blue paint and spray the plastic wood with it so they are easy to see against the black Berliner. Might prevent someone (me) from tripping over them 😅
I ordered the A51 color and now I'm thinking of changing it to black, since a friend who owns a body shop told me that black (news to me) is probably the strongest paint. 🤔??
Even though I ordered my Mav with the EB, the hybrid version is what brought me to this dance. When I first heard the name Maverick & $20K for a brand new little pickup, I was captivated. However, with my living in northern Illinois and dealing with SNOW & ICE, I decided the 4 whl. drive was the...
I'm only 6 years behind you, Claymore, and with that in mind, I've been "around the block" a few times as you have too. When I placed the order in early July, I figured it would be a long wait and that's okay. Even though the Mavs are made in Mexico, I just wanted to buy from an American...
I agree that 26 mpg would be great if that's the real number. My 2004 Caddy Deville gets around 15 mpg, and it's not 4 whl drive like the Mav I have ordered. I'd be loving 26 mpg! 😁
I would have gone with the hybrid too, if they had offfered it with 4 wheel drv. So I had to order it with the 2.0 Eco to get the 4x4. Oh well, just have to hope it's mpg is equal to or better than a Ranger.
And also, an important point to be addressed is to be aware of your trailer brake adjustments so you have proper trailer braking assist especially in hilly/mountainous driving.
