For what it's worth; I think Battlefield Ford in Manassas has some of the highest truck sales in the state. That's who I ordered mine through, and their staff are very helpful. They do sell their non-customer order Mavericks for a markup though.
Mine happens while turning, but also at times while going straight. It seems to be noticeable at lower speeds (35mph or under.) I had a random realization today that if I lightly stomp or put extra pressure on the floorboard area in front of the driver seat that there is a tin / pop noise...
I'm having this exact same issue. Did you get a resolve? It feels like it's a clicking / popping noise coming from under the driver side floor board area. I can almost feel it in my feet.
Thanks for this post! Just bought and installed the same kit, and had the same issue. My inner fender didn’t have a nutsert / wasn’t threaded, and had to pull a nut and washer out of the toolbox to use
