Just got off the phone with Ford Customer Service. They told me the same thing they told me a week ago. My truck is still "in production" and it has not left the factory. Ugh.

Even if the trains are still allowed to enter the US, there are plenty of other reasons your build and delivery will be delayed. My build STARTED week of Nov 13, and to this day it is still apparently not finished being built, even though it is a basic XLT ecoboost. I hope that doesn't happen...
