Mine seems to have the same issue. 68,000 miles. Noticed it on the previous oil change at 60,000. Next change was at 67,000(try to do every 5000) and it was still there. Dropping it off on Nov 9th, 2023 for service. Bought the dealer offered 120,000 mile warranty. We'll see how it goes! Here...

The commander allows you to pick from several fm freqs in the settings. The commander hooks up to the RADIO's FM antenna as a pass-thru. The quality is just as good as the quality of the XL audio system in the maverick I would guess. The image below is an example. Note the labels on the device.

I would assume you could lift the doorsill trim along the floor and run the wire to the back.

On the XL when on the trip 1 or 2 press the menu on the wheel and pick custom(I believe). I removed time and added mpg. I cant remember exact names as I am not in the vehicle.

I got the Taps delivered and installed. Here are the Pics. I used fuse #3 & #24 I used #24 for constant power(BAT) and #3 for switched power(ACC) I also checked the power leg on fuse #24 as shown in this post. The orientation of the Fuse Taps is important.
