I regret trading in my 2020 1500 with the duramax. Such a smooth and powerful power train. GM is way better at programming that 10 speed than Ford. I was getting a solid 28mpg combined even with 4x4. The hybrid maverick is much cheaper to own and operate overall though.

I found the wiring somewhere in this thread. Do a sound test before buttoning it up just to check. The top tabs are tough. You have to lift then pull out. I used a long flat head screwdriver wrapped in electrical tape to help manipulate tabs.

Yes it’s the factory connector. People have gotten it to fit, but I wasn’t willing to push that hard. I just cut off the factory connector and put on spade terminals.
