Can you let us know when you put your 2023 Bronco in and what the projected scheduling time for Bronco's were dated for? I'm just eager to see if my clean Maverick build Ecoboost may get scheduled by end of year 2022.
I read on US forums that 2023 scheduling will start Sept 29th in US. I wonder if Canada is the same and that means that VIN numbers may be released by dealers early October?

Thank you for asking this question. I am from Canada and wondering what the heck is the COVP. My dealer has my driver's license, we signed vehicle buyer agreement, paid deposit, signed off on order sheet --> does that mean COVP is done and I can feel at ease???

Can anyone confirm 100% if we are supposed to receive an email from Ford after placing an order? For some reason I don't feel settled about my order is 'in processing' vs. confirmed.
Same, I'm lost...my dealer said that the in processing message means the order is confirmed as retail order and then it takes 24-48 hrs to make it a covp order.
Can you clarify what covp order is? Is it different from your dealer entering your signed order sheet. We signed vehicle buyer's agreement, provided driver's license, paid deposit and dealer signed off on our order. Nobody seems to know what covp is.
My dealer had checked Sept 15th (on the announced 2023 ordering bank date opening) and on Sept 16th but no pricing was in. When he checked Monday Sept 19th the prices were in and able to order.
Thank you for letting us know about Canadian orders should not expect email from Ford Canada confirming the order. Did you ever get an email with build date or VIN sent by Ford or was that through your dealer?
yes I used the chat online function this morning ( the order was entered by dealer last night around 8pm) and provided order number and sales code and they told me that the order is 'in processing'. They didn't seem to know if I would get an official email from Ford like the US customers are...
Did he actually check the order banks? As of yesterday morning the pricing was in and you could enter an order. He has to re-enter the 2022 order as a new 2023 order but put ask to put priority code 10 so your order is prioritized. I had to let my dealer know as they had no idea at all.
Go to a different dealer. Mine confirmed that my order was entered and I called ford Canada and they confirmed the order is in processing but I have yet to receive any email confirmation from Ford.
Would it be safe to assume that Ecoboost orders would get pushed ahead of Hybrids and better chance to get Ecoboosts sooner due to chip constraints and lower allocations for hybrid orders?
Congratulations! Hopefully you get it sooner than later. Why didnāt you ask your dealer to put in a lower priority code? You could ask them to put in priority 11 to get the order prioritized after 2022 roll overs.
Did you get any email from Ford Canada to confirm?

Honestly we get more info from these sites and sharing of experience here. If I didn't call the dealer today to check he never would have known that the prices and order system was up and running and could have been delayed.
I suspect that Canada order banks will close very soon just like...
