I plan on having the tailgate wraped in clear vinyl. I'm not worried about the black plastic bumper. But yes the pads can hold dirt and dust and can rub on the paint. You're right.
It looks like Yakima makes a medium and large pad only. I guess this would be the medium 'gate keeper' pad. I'll be lazy, has anyone seen any dimensions for the actual tailgate yet?
hahahahaha of course it is! I can't tell if you're catfishin or not! LOL. And to answer your question there is a strap on the back side that holds the frame. Go to any major mountain bike local and you'll see that all the Bros have this rig. Hahah. I'm about to Bro out as well as this is...
A few weeks ago, I saw a picture taken several months ago, before the Maverick official release. It was taken [probably] in Michigan of a camolaged maverick parked in someone's driveway with mountain bikes in the back and the mav had a mountain bike tail gate cover probably made by Thule or the...
Oh Oh I know the answer *raises hand vigorously* ---- NONE. A dealer can't sell a car without a vin. It doesn't matter what they have you sign or how many deposits they take. Its not sold until they have the vin.
My dealer had me sign the order which was just straight up msrp and did not have any taxes or fees, which is fine with me I'm going to surprise them with my X plan pricing which I will be applying to the order as soon as the vin is created.
Unfortunately they would be happy if you cancelled your order because they can immediately turn around and sell it there's a high demand for these and they can probably mark it up even higher than they would to you.
Well if Ford decided to sell the Maverick at a base price of 25000, like the Hyundai, maybe they could employ people here to build it. 🤔 oh wait they do it's called the Ford Ranger and it competes price-wise with the Hyundai but it has a more powerful engine.
You say you're aware Rocky but it doesn't sound like you understand. Ford employees 88,000 non-dealer employees in the United States. Hyundai employees 5200 non-dealer employees. Again where would you rather see the profits go here or overseas?
Here I went and found the articles, they were from 2018 when the small Bronco Sport and a mysterious small unibody pickup truck began showing up in Ford presentations. If they're showing up in those presentations it's likely that they were working on them at least two years before then...
I first heard about the Maverick on jalopnik about 3 or 4 years ago but it wasn't called a Maverick then. There was a lot of discussion about Fords global small truck/ute platform and there was a lot of worry and concern that Ford was going to use it to introduce a watered down version of the...
I just saw a cactus gray for the first time today in the flesh. I was between cactus gray and alto blue when I was making my order I am soooo glad that I chose alto blue. On the Ford web builder cactus Gray looks kind of a greenish brownish gray, but in person it is waaaay too minty it looks...
