I have decided to take the Maverick to a professional detailer right away from picking it up. Going to have the dealer not to wash or add anything to the paint. I have no experience on ceramic coatings. May just do some Turtle Wax spray protectant to fight against tree sap/bird droppings...

I really like the XLT interior, very unique. I think the orange would go would compliment a lot of the paint color options. Lariat interior is nice but I think I would prefer the XL over it.

Hard enough picking out the drivetrain and all the equipment/color options. But, has anybody been thinking of a name for your Maverick? Asking for a friend.

Dealer sent me an email early in communication process. All Mavericks sold at MSRP, no deposits required. Free extended limited powertrain warranty included.

Wonder how hard it would be to remove the orange accent pieces and dye or Cerakote (like Pmags) them yourself. Personally, I like the orange details.

Just noticed how dark those windows look (tinted), going to get my windows tinted and paint detailed.

Cactus looks good with the dark gray trim and wheels.

I really like that area 51. I went with chili pepper red, hardest part of ordering process was color selection.

Some aftermarket all-terrains would look good on a truck anyhow. Especially if you are an 'outdoors' type person.

Would FWD with all terrain tires help? Between that and traction control I would think you would ok. I know snow tires make a big difference during the winter months for my FWD.

49 here, just a pickup guy. The XLT interior is different from the conservative interiors of my younger days. But, I do like it. It is probably targeted for the younger crowd.

XL has darker, more conservative interior that doesn't look bad.

XLT hybrid w lux package and 360 in pepper red.

Thanks Theek, I have never 'reserved' a vehicle online or ordered one one by build/price/order. Not in a hurry to get it, maybe will build and reserve one that way.

Reserved @ 3:02am (within 2 minutes of opening of reservations). I did get an email from dealer but have yet to place color/options. Does the timing of my reservation also hold my place/position in line?
