I had to chase 3 of the M8 holes when I did my rails with a tap they seemed not to have tapped them all the way. get them all started a bit before you set any in the taper might help as well.
I leaned the in reverse door open jumps to park the fun way. Just like to say the Kid that thought about that should be fired. Cracking a door to check blind spots or establish a line was taught when I got my class B.
My B2000 was the single cab with the 7.5 foot bed so they might not have a drawing of that one. It was pretty rare.

Sadly 5 quarts is what they say you get with an oil change and puts it in the hash marks = good oil level.

The first 3 I seen where fleet units at 2 different auto parts stores. Fleet service dealers had allotment to move as well. Mine did its first 2 years 14k in a fleet was leased 24 month.
I Have seen the oil of my summer cars over the years the ones that get freash oil every 2-3k once yearly in the spring I would not think of driving on that for another year. Also seen the numbers out of Fleet management testing 5k and 10k on NSP trucks funny how they seen a greater than 50%...
