I get 32-33 mpg with BP Premium for 85% city/15% Highway driving.
With Regular, the best I ever got was 25-26 mpg.
With Regular: 416 miles per tank vs. With Premium: 528 miles per tank.
For me - It's well worth the extra $6-$8 per full up to get the extra 112 miles per tank.
Chill and be patient - Mine sit 100 miles from my dealership for Four Month. The trucking issue is a real problem, but there is nothing anyone can do.
Believe me - It's worth the wait.
I just order and picked up splash guards through my local dealership using the Ford Pass Points.
I first tried online, but you can't use the points that way and was told that Ford is changing their system, where you can select points to order in the future.
My local dealership was not listed...
Private Sale - If you let the dealer have it back, then that gives the dealer another opportunity to set the re-sale price and stick it to another desperate customer.
Ford (and others) are trying to cut the dealers out of the equation, so they can't turn into scum bags and take "Real" advantage...
Based on other reviews - it seems the Hard Tri-Bi-Fold has the best water seal/channels to keep out most of the water.
Of Course, no tonneau cover is completely water tight and also it depends on the install.
If your a DYI - then I would take your time and make sure all seals match up...
3-days? Doubt that time frame. Mine took 4-months. If you get it in 3-days, you better go purchase a lottery ticket, cause you are the luckiest person ever.
Chapman Ford of Horsham - They were always there for quick answers during the Order/Scheduling/Build/Shipping stages and when the vehicle was finally delivered to the courtesy Dealer - Chapman was fast on paperwork and mailing of the purchase documents.
Best of all - Chapman Ford of Horsham...
The biggest change - I would stay off these Forums more - granted, there were some "good" information during the order period - but MOST of the post, were just a bunch of crap conversations and ESPECIALY, the TONS of Size Compare Photos! I'M SURE, if the idiots that post size compare photos park...
If your dealer is already sending you "I want your truck" offers now, don't be surprised if your dealer tries to add extreme ADM Fees to your purchase to drive you away, so they can get the truck for resale.
There are a ton of potential owners that thought / hoped / prayed their dealer would...
Your dealer can do pretty much anything they want - My experience is, it don't matter if you have a signed PO, signed DORA, signed document from the president of the United States - dealers will add ADM fees if they want and if you want the truck, you will pay them or walk away.
The Maverick...
False - Ford has Never offered any "official" rebates on the Maverick. I bet yours was a general Ford rebate and if you read the Fine Print - you would see that it didn't apply to the Maverick. This topic has been discussed for over a year now and there never has been a rebate on the Maverick...
