  1. Swap power seat into manual truck

    One word. Lariat
  2. Good out the door price on 2025 ecoboost,xl if i can find one?

May be a reason for that. Ford is recalling cohost models 2005 and after because of cylinder head problems
  3. Be Honest - have you ever driven with passengers in the rear seats?

I’ve had passengers in the back a number of times. More likely to have the dog cover in. Because of that I got a locking bed cover so I can put stuff back there and leave the back seat free for people or the dog, a lab mix, actually prefers our Highlander for more room
  4. Spray-in + Drop-in Bedliner = power move or overkill? Vote & win gear.šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ˜Ž

My experience has been that drop in liners tend to be slick (on an f150) so I had to get a rubber pad to keep stuff from sliding all over the place. I like the spray in with a rubber mat to prevent sliding and protect the knees.
  5. Tonneau cover recommendation?

Since getting a cover I have concluded that the extra weight may actually decrease mileage around town. On an extended road trip mileage doe increase somewhat.
  6. Has anyone ever regretted getting a lariat?

Absolutely love adaptive cruise control. If there wasn’t a Maverick with Lariat features, I wouldn’t have a Maverick.
  7. State of the used Maverick market - anybody out there keeping track?

In February we paid 32k for a 2024 Lariat eco boost with 9 K miles — like new. IMO that was a decent price. Very satisfied. The Lariat was the only model that interested me.
  8. Hit and Run , Ouch!

You obviously are a grammar nark absolutely no reason for bringing that up
  9. Ford $30K Electric Truck. A winner?

Question: What is the average range of an ev when the temperature is below zero for an extended time. 2. What is the range of an ev when it’s 25 below zero? It gets that cold even in southern Idaho once in a while
  10. Senior citizen Maverick owners thread

I am 80. Enjoy the drive in the Maverick more than any vehicle I’ve ever owned.
  11. FYI. Looks like 2.5 Hybrid owners need not fear 2.0 Ecoboosts on the streets.

Seems like a lot of hybrid owners suffer from acceleration envy.
  12. Lariat Hybrid tow test: Airstream Bambi (3500 GVW)

However you cut it you are trying to pull something using a four cylinder engine. Get an f150 or at least a Ranger or Tacoma if you want to pull any RV
  13. Would You Buy Non-Hybrid FWD 2.5L Maverick

    Nope, nope , nope
  14. Key fob...poor design?

    Same here
  15. What did your maverick replace?

I have no idea what you said
  16. Help Maverick XLT 2022

    Clogged fuel filter??
  17. Tonneau covers and Ford OEM cargo rail system.

I got a Tomoka tri fold hard cover on my 24 Lariat eco boost and was advised to remove the rails. But when I got it on it was obvious the rail wouldn’t interfere so I put them back on
  18. Contemplating a front passenger seat delete

If it had a 6 foot bed I wouldnt have bought it. Garage is short. One with a longer bed would fit but no room to get by in front or back.
  19. You will soon be able to replace the factory radio!

I think the factory system is just fine. But then my favorite groups are the Eagles and Bob Seger and I really done like cars next to mine at a light with THUMPING bass
