The dealer managed to damage several. I found the numbers for the ones in the subframe, but no luck on the front ones.
Honestly, you could replace the VHB tape on the loose section and use a little adhesion promoter for a nearly permanent fix.

It's just four plastic pieces that need to be changed. Two tabs that go into the cover, and the two caps that snap on.
The rubber weather strip gets trimmed back a couple inches.

Nope, it fit perfect, no issues at all. Go out to back of you truck and push down on the bed side cap. You'll see it come in contact with the sheet-metal.

I wanted to clarify, You can't see this damage with the cover installed.
I only saw it when the rails were removed. I haven't installed the new one yet, but I'm sure it will compress the trim and hide the damage again.
