They raise the price and I walk. Sick of this BS. Customers that wait a year or more to take delivery should NOT be required to pay more because they can’t get their act together.
The one thing this group has helped define and establish is how much Fords communication, transparency and organization sucks! So sad to see a great company swirling around the drain. I’m not getting my hopes up that this will be my week. Eventually, you just give up!
At least your dealer talks to you. Any time I have gone in they act like it’s an inconvenience to even talk to me. Ordered in September 22 and not once have they reached out to me about my order. Their response is always “ you will know something before we will “.
Got it this morning. At this point I have resolved myself to the likelihood that I may never get my order filled. A notification that I have a VIN number would be more shocking than the so sorry notifications.
Just finished “chatting” with a FORD rep. Order is missing from the dashboard but they assure me that the order is still active an in the system. They commented that “changes to the website happen all the time”. At this point I have resigned myself to the reality that I will be lucky if I get...
Up until this morning I was able to log into my account at Ford.com and see my order and order number even though I had no VIN or production date. This morning, all I see is my current vehicle. Anyone else have this same experience and if so? What does it mean? Order cancelled?
Been to Maui twice and returning in June. Looked for a Maverick rental but couldn’t find one. Love my Maui time and hopefully I will get a Maverick before they haul me off to the “home”.
