Just heard back from my salesperson. He called ford about my private offer and they keep telling him to get hold of the AWOL Ford sales and inventory specialist. URGGGG
So frustrating. Myself and my salesman and going in circles with useless Ford customer service
Yup I confirmed my order is covp’d - the challenge is the responsiveness of sales and inventory rep . He promised to call and reference the sales order rep
I showed my dealer the portion in Tim’s video and he confirmed it was COVP’d
I suspect he had already watched the the video . Will text him tomorrow to get an update but hoping I get an email with the private offer
