Yes. I've only used it a few times but no issues. There are 3 bolts that hold the rail (2 are behind the tie-downs. The tie-downs slide to any position and will tighten down by turning the middle loop clockwise. It's very straight forward. Best wishes on whichever direction you choose.

I'm wondering if there were quality issues with these TAIL LIGHTS? All of my LASFIT LED's have lasted so far except for the tail lights. I've burned through 2 of these to date (They would have very little output and flicker). Like most other things, these went bad after the warranty expired...

Just disable them in FORScan and call it a day. We've been driving decades without them and they are more of a headache than what they are worth.
