    I’ve done 1000 km on mine on the highway…no shake. Either air deflector issue or hood needs adjusting. This is not a systemic issue. Take it in and have your dealer look at it.

    I don't have this issue. Only when trying to navigate through or change settings while driving. Which is the way it should be! Otherwise Sync works perfect.

    Ask for a VIN and order number. It took about two weeks to get that from my dealer. Then I could track it myself. My salesman was great and would text me regular updates.
