I locked my doors, went shopping and when returning I grab the door handle and pull. No unlocking noise at all and door opens. I was concerned until I locked up, put the fobs far away and tried the door. LOCKED UP TIGHT.

Formed a Kydex tray. Made a mold and plug. Heated 12 x 12 sheet, placed in mold and pressed in plug. Lots of heat gun activity and staple gun to fold down tabs. Then went to fit it in the Mav. Lots of cutting later and finding out the console lid won't latch with the tabs as the lid...

1992, should I buy a minivan or sedan? Got the minivan and had it 10 years. Traded when it self destructed. Then Jetta TDI then 4 in a succession of Mini Coopers and now the Mav. I've been all over. Mav seems to be a keeper as well. 6200 miles and counting.
