Only part of my response came through. I said I was curious why you wanted to replace the lights. Because the mavericks are already so bright. Compared to my ram...

when I first put them on our maverick is thought I wasted my money since I was protecting all the plastic underbody cladding. But some say it protects the undercarriage.
Curious why you would want to " upgrade " ? The Mavericks lights are super bright now. When I drive my 2010 ram at night what a difference. And I thought the ram was fine before I bought the Maverick.
Mine out
I was going to throw mine out and not replace it since I drive with the windows down sometimes but apparently this filter protects the heater and hvac system. Buy aftermarket, its half the price of the Ford filter.
No idea, I dont have a Guage, i just look at them, thats worked for the 50 years I have been driving so far 😅. If the tread looks like its thin enough to replace them...I replaced em.
I find this thread interesting. Especially the factory continentals. Some say they are junk at 10 thousand miles, while some say they are awesome at 40,000 miles. How can there be such difference? We have 41 k on our factory continentals and they look great, and i never rotate, all 4 look...

Sry you had such a bad experience! I am also 66 years old. The last time I changed a tire was back in the 70,s. Took 10 minutes. I hear ford's lug nuts are not very user friendly.
41,000 so far on the factory continentals. They have been great in our northern michigan snow! Will replace them sometime this summer, probably between 45-50k.
Nothing to be concerned about. i put a drop in bed liner in my ram over 16 years ago. If I lift it up there isn't a speck of rust. Maybe if you plan on keeping your Maverick 25- 30 years it might be a concern.
I have been happy with the factory continentals on our 23. Quiet, great in snow, decent tread left at 43,000 miles. I will research prices this spring.
I get that. But curious how many people buy these warranties and never use them. Seems like such a waste of money. I have been driving 50 years, never purchased an extended warranty, and never needed one.
