Over 2 years with a tremor, 0 problems other then 1 recall they did in my driveway. Probably my favorite vehicle, my first truck was a 2002 Svt lightning, traded a 2018 focus ST for this vehicle, I enjoy driving this as much or more in the snow and in Michigan we usually get our fair share...
there was never anyone that bought a maverick (cheapest truck on the market no matter what trim that's comparable in options) that went and said "you know what I saved so much on this maverick I'm going to just get every option available" EVER.
Or good luck depending on how you look at it, you ever see a deer go through a windshield? If calling insurance was the worst thing that happened, IMHO you lucked out. Could of been so much worse.
I used to hate winter driving but now I can't wait for the snow here in Michigan, love thrashing through the fresh snow, I'm pretty sure the tremor gives me more confidence than I should have in winter.
I doubt many are paying markup on mavericks anymore, there's literally half a dozen or more on any dealership I drive by. Nice try though, waiting on the next excuse on not to buy a 40k maverick. Honestly every buyer is looking for something that suits their needs, if you like the XL get...
It's not possible IMO. If I wanted everything I got on a 40k maverick a similar ranger come out at 50+ might as well get a raptor ranger then, a F-150 with those options is 65k. There is nothing that compares to the options and price, even the 40k range.
