    You have the rails too low or angled. readjust the rail at the tailgate end a little higher as already suggested. While you are at it move the rails back where you had them, That rear foam pad should have an 1/8" of compression not a gap as your pictures show.

    February 11th 2021 to September 5th 2022 but only 11098 vehicles affected. Brake light don't illuminate when brakes are not applied! Lol. Nothing about this makes since or is believable.

    Yes SIBL, drop in may be some of it but if closing cover at tailgate doesn't seem loose I don't see why drop in would matter. Good luck figuring it out.

    They move a lot especially over 70mph but I've never heard mine making any noise. Over 10,000 miles and I love the x15.
