While its no surprise that towing something would give much lower mileage, I had now idea that getting the 4K tow package would reduce mileage when not towing. Wouldn't, or couldn't the car be reprogrammed / optimized with that package installed?

For the Ecoboost engine, does the Maverick have a digital readout of the battery voltage? I'm thinking of putting a 12V panel in the bed, and wonder if I need a voltage read out back there. Is there one on the dashboard?
