  1. Ford: Maverick orders are now scheduled in the order they are received

Funny just like I said. They post it here, but dealerships haven't heard that. I even talked to my dealer principle and our Ford sales rep. Showed both of them Ford's quote. Could be any or all of the reasons you posted. In my dealing with Ford on my Maverick, transparent is not a word I would...
  2. Ford: Maverick orders are now scheduled in the order they are received

2nd and 3rd trucks are identical except for color. And funny how the memo is in this Forum but the dealership has not seen it in any emails or any other type of communication. 2nd and 3rd trucks are identical except for color. And funny how the memo is in this Forum but the dealership has not...
  3. Ford: Maverick orders are now scheduled in the order they are received

I call bull crap on this. My dealership in Montana has 3 Maverickss on order. Mine was ordered 6/15 built 2/23 and it still has not been delivered to dealership (I know this because I also work at the dealership and Ford logistics can not even tell us where it is) our second one was ordered in...
  4. I may have found a design problem

Not to sound like a troll, but coming from someone who lives where it's always windy, it's an easy fix. Park the other direction. Wind has always been an issue. And it can happen to anyone, anywhere. Handles have never been perfect for holding against the wind
  5. It’s finally shipping, buuut…..

I ordered mine June 15th (first day)as well. Finally built 2/23. Dang thing still sitting on a rail car in Illinois. Very frustrating
  6. SERVICE REQUIRED.

Yes, they can see air pressure, how much fuel. And any codes that have come up among other things
  7. SERVICE REQUIRED.

If you activate FordPass they don't even need your truck at the dealership
  8. I give up

Doesn't matter when they arrived Ford already paid the dealer to install them. Make them do it if you are unsure. I work for a dealer and I have a Maverick on the way.
  9. Got VIN from customer service

I did say Useless! Also the only time you will get an email is when something changes in your vehicles situation. Ie scheduled, built, shipped. Trust me, mine was scheduled 2/4 built 2/23, shipped 3/13 And those are the only 3 emails I have gotten. Expecting more is not worth the energy. And oh...
  10. Truck broke down! Front axle and transmission issue after 60 miles

Cherry juice? Come on.. Most new Ford's have electric steering now anyway
  11. Got VIN from customer service

Ya, does the dealer have your email? You should be getting useless emails from Ford saying how excited they are you will eventually get your vehicle
  12. Ford Customer service who you talk to !!!

As a patiently (sorta) waiting Mav purchaser and an employee if a Ford Dealer I can tell you that the FITZ gift was sent to the dealer principle with your VIN number on it. I've had the gift since 2/20. Truck is on a train somewhere in United States
  13. Car wash and auto stop

Really thats the whole idea behind the hybrid. Runs on the battery when it can and gasoline when it needs to, while charging the battery at the same time. At least that is the basics behind it.
  14. Car wash and auto stop

If it's a hybrid doesn't the engine shut off when you sit still?
  15. FORD CANCELLED MY MAVERICK ORDER!!! - (Ford Customer Service Transcript Attached)

What did your dealer say, I personally don't think any of these chat people have a clue whats going on
  16. Dealer said "Build Won't Arrive in 22" (Busted)

Hmm, I ordered a Lariat for myself and I also work for a dealer. I do not believe that is true.
  17. Dealer said "Build Won't Arrive in 22" (Busted)

What kills me us they want us to drop bedliner, which we could get done after delivery, but it is part of the Lux package. So when you drop it you lose all if the rest of that package
