A lifted truck does nothing for ground clearance minus maybe the approach angle. You still need bigger tires to lift the pumpkin higher off the ground.

But it burns cleaner right? This may be true but not when you have to use more of it to get to the same place. I mean you are talking 4 miles a gallon roughly. So approximately 60 less miles and 2 gallons more used for the same distance.(just estimate with a 15 gallon tank. My f150 is 30 gallon)...
