Reached out to Forscan support and they fixed me up. They added this IPC module into their database and I was able to clear out the annoying messages. Besides losing Tow/Haul mode which isn't super important to me, everything's perfect.

Unfortunately I'm locked out of editing mine. Not sure if the Escape PHEV module is supported in Forscan. I'll probably have to get support to make a custom test version to fix it.

False alarm A/C is working with the Escape HVAC module. I'm not entirely sure what fixed it but I reset the ACCM module, then copied the asbuilt from the MAV HVAC module perfectly over to the Escape module, then went back and tweaked a few settings. Pretty sure I must have left some setting from...

Maybe not that difficult but the back of the Escape HVAC module has extra pins for heated seats etc... which may be more work than it's worth so I'll investigate this more by tearing apart the HVAC modules completely.

Well, hit a few snags. The HVAC module from the 2020 Ford Escape will not activate my A/C. Everything acts normal when pushing the A/C button but no cold air. Just setting the temp to LO produces colder air than using the A/C button. Tested multiple times swapping my XL one back in and double...

No error codes, zero issues whatsoever. ACC doesn't work but it's not throwing any errors because I set the options for CC not ACC.

My guess is the switches will work, you'll just have to figure out which entry to select is all.

Came from a 2014 SE Ridgeline and while I prefer the design language of Honda over Ford, this Maverick fits the bill way more than the Ridgeline. I do miss the trunk space though, but going from 17mpg MAX to 38mpg MIN in winter while still getting the same functionality is amazing.

Reason I ask is because Helm shows them being released from Ford Dec 31 2022, so just want to make sure this is legit and worth it before spending $150. I need the wiring diagram more so than the service manual, but both are useful and I would gladly spend $150 for it.
