I had the same problem you're having a few weeks ago. Eventually it just started working again. You may try to clear your cache, but that's about all you can do.

They say “no.” It disassembles into three pieces: I’ll call them the cup, the lid, and the mouthpiece. I don’t put the lid in the dishwasher, but have washed the other two parts in there for years with no issues.

Got the “shipped“ email early this morning (2/11). Delivery estimate hasn’t changed.

Got my “built” email yesterday and the tracker says my estimated deliver date is 3/19.

My hybrid went into production today.

I was in the same boat. 1/17 build week moved back to 1/31. but I’m happy to say I just checked and my order is now “In Production” and I have a window sticker. Hopefully I have the truck inside of 8 weeks, but we’ll see o guess.

Got an email tonight moving my production week to 1/31.

Order confirmed 6/28. Supposedly this is my build week but I have no build date, window sticker, or status update.

Did you ever get any notification? This is my build week but I don’t have a build date and the tracker hasn’t budged.

What build week did the October email have? Did that week get moved? Did you get updates it was being moved? My assumption is that if they gave me a build week/date they'd tell me if it moved? That might be a really bad assumption!

congrats! I got this email back in December and haven’t heard anything since. I’m hoping that’s good news and I’m still on track for next week.
