  1. Eibach hybrid pro kit, snowy install

Not too much, just enough drop. I have the Eibach lowering springs for my eco Lariat. Just gotta motivate myself to get it done. My biggest fear is ride quality and scraping the undercarriage. Looks great.
  2. 2023 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid Shadow Black Build (Vors TR4, Eibach, Air Design spoilers, Bak tonneau cover, LasFit LEDs Etc)

I really like the ride of the Maverick. I also have the Eibach lowering springs but yet to install them. How is the ride after lowering? any scraping? I purchased the Eibach because I dont like or want the slammed look. Thanks, great looking mini truck.
  3. Maverick Resale Value

I've never bought a new car thinking it will make me money. I keep them in good condition, keep service records, and keep an eye on the miles. Every used car I've sold, I got a decent/good offer.
  4. Oil Changes - Dealership vs Local Mechanic

Yes, if you can do basic maintenance and have a garage, I say do it. The dealerships have good and bad workers so there is always a risk. I've had good and bad experiences. Some personal bad experiences include: leaks, smudges/scratches on the interior, and even door dings. However, I see how...
  5. Joined the Club today!

Yes, the BAP looks awesome on this particular color. I wanted Alto Blue for mine but the BAP would not be noticed really so I opted for no BAP. I would have definitely gotten the BAP with this color. If I ever upgrade my Maverick, I am going with this combo. Plus, this color most likely stays...
  6. Air Design Front Lip Spoiler started shipping today.

Looks good but the price. I say applied with double sided tape? Hope not.
  7. Lowered the XLT. Other mods to come. From picking it up to adding a hard bed cover and lowering it with Eibach springs.

I have the same lowering springs but havent had the time to install yet. I get second thoughts that I will be scraping all over the place, driveways, speed bumps, etc.. I don't like the slammed look so these look better. Did you do these yourself?
  8. Pepper Got Peppered! ***UPDATE***

Even if you avoid driving behind these dump trucks, the rocks and pebbles they drop on the highway get picked up by regular trucks or cars and also cause damage. I know it sounds silly but I don't drive on the highways/freeways unless absolutely necessary or in case of an emergency. If I am...
  9. Pepper Got Peppered! ***UPDATE***

I am sorry, that sucks. Thin paint or not, that gravel truck would have caused major damage on any paint. Even on "thick paint" you will still have chips and marks maybe not down to the metal but still very noticeable.
  10. Pepper Got Peppered! ***UPDATE***

I'm CA and I am sure there is some kind of law or rule to cover the top of a gravel truck. I just think they do a bad job at covering. Even if they do cover, it is almost impossible to keep smaller gravel from jumping out on the highway/freeway. I live near a rock processing company and I see...
  11. BAP'ing Guide for DIY Black Appearance Package - Front Headlights Edition

If you dont mind, how much for the BAP headlights? I have a Lariat and would also like BAP. I know taking off the front bumper is a pain.
  12. Why keyless door entry instead of using app?

I put a nice leather cover on my key fob. However, it made a large key fob even larger and heavier to carry around. I love the keypad. It is fast and I like all of the options it offers.
  13. Why keyless door entry instead of using app?

I wonder if the keypad still works when the truck battery is drained or dead. I assume it will still work if there is some juice left.
  14. Maverick Improvements

The best tonneau covers are the ones from ford accessories. They are not cheap but well made and look good.
  15. Maverick Improvements

Businesses will always raise prices. But it is not okay to lower the quality and/or quantity while doing so. Successful businesses and corporations know this.
  16. Low cost fender arches. Keep'em or lose'em?

Can't really tell they are there because of the color of the truck. It doesn't hurt to leave them on tho.
  17. LED lights installed along hood/grille

I wonder how long before they go out. Many of the reviews state that they stop working after a few weeks.
  18. Front Hood Paint Protection: bug deflectors & PPF film protection?

Thanks. Any issues closing the hood? Does it make contact with the grill area?
  19. Front Hood Paint Protection: bug deflectors & PPF film protection?

Same here. I have the bug deflector still in the box and hopefully I will try and install this weekend. Too many people here had fitment issues so I will not be surprised if it does not work for me as well.
  20. Front Hood Paint Protection: bug deflectors & PPF film protection?

Any trouble installing? Fitment issues? Thanks it looks great. Especially if it adds some protection to the hood and windshield.
